Eligibility Requirement
To be eligible to become a Mothers Helping Mothers client, you must reside in either Sarasota County or Manatee County.
If you live outside our service area and are in need of support, please refer to the
following resources for assistance:

- Visit your local library and ask if they have any resources
- For utility bill assistance visit Florida LIHEAP
- To apply for SNAP (food assistance), Medicaid, or Cash Assistance, visit
Florida Department of Children and Families - Check to see if you have the following agencies in your area:
- Salvation Army
- United Way
- Early Learning Coalition
- Goodwill
- St. Vincent de Paul
